The biggest issue is that 7th floor smells an awful lot like stale cigarettes. That suggests to me that days long past still linger in the air. The hotel really should refurbish some areas to deal with this off-putting issue. That breakfast is bedlam. There just isn't enough seating for the rodeo ...

Edmonton Hotel and Convention Centre
My shower had someone’s hair in it so I ended up not using it. During my check in, I was told I’d be missing towels because they got too busy the day before to finish cleaning it?? The room had a terribly rank smell, and the entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke.
