"Room was clean and comfortable; bed was great. For this price point, however, I expected something better. There was no inviting common space, the hot tub was laughably small, the rooms have no view and deck is tiny and not very inviting."

"Room 105 was clean, with high ceilings. But it could be updated, and it had ticking sound in the wall. The TV was not in front of either bed or sofa; it was very awkward to watch the TV no matter where we sat. The hotel didn't provide a filtered water fountain. The breakfast was very basic."

I called and spoke with someone (as the protocol dictated) but they didn't send me the email or text with my room code that they promised would be sent "right away." I had to call them back after 15 minutes and then wait on hold for them to answer before they resent it. This is very impersonal and inconvenient check in system in my opinion. Not...

"It was a cute room and it was clean. But it’s not very well lit outside if you wanted to go to the casino at night. Also, there is no on-site gift shop and no on-site food at all! So it was a problem that I forgot my toothbrush and I was hungry. There’s no refrigerator in the room either so you can’t keep food there. It’s good if you don’t wanna spend a lot of time in your room and you’re not looking for food close by."

"The innkeeper was amazing. Older place but ok. Has a fridge, coffee pot , and a microwave. That came in handy as by the tine we got to rhe room everything was closed but 24 hr. Safeway. Bed was huge but had Donner pass in middle so I couldn't ever snuggle with my husband."
