"The staff texted daily to ask if we needed anything. The kitchenette was well appointed and the room was spacious. The bath was spacious and clean as well. The pool was clean and our daughter was thrilled with the view of the trains passing through several times per day. The room was quiet and the grounds were lovely."

"I booked a stay for 3 days to be in albany for my mom's ninetieth birthday. The room appeared clean, but after walking around the first night.The floors made our feet black. "Fix your fire alarms! Why are they so close to the bathroom?!?!? Your water doesn’t even get as hot as I like it and it STILL was able to set off the fire alarm and the fire department showed up while I was STILL nak*d and doing my hair. Not the relaxing morning I was hoping for."

"More food options would be nice. We stayed during the week, so the only restaurant open was in the casino and they close at 8! The high end restaurant is only open weekends. The small food and beverage option was a small room next to check in. Coffee other drinks, cereal was only option."
