"The desk staff was amazing and very helpful. Room was, meh. Everything felt damp.. floor, sheets, pillows. Everything. We did not use the pool or gym but did have breakfast. It was what you expect with a continental breakfast. Disappointed that the pancake machine was out of order but these things happen."

"Advertised hot breakfast was not available. Staff informed me that the new owners stopped the hot breakfast when they acquired the property. The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. Front desk informed me on check in that none were available. Spend your money elsewhere…a Motel...

My card was charged multiple times and he was extremely annoying at check in.. it was late and I was in no mood for his jokes… especially about charging me for ice, not signing etc… my card went through and then he said it didn’t and swiped again. I have 4 charges for 1 night. Other than that the room was great"

"The room had a musty smell. We had to ask to switch rooms. We switched, and the smell was even worse in that room. We got air freshener from the front desk. Everything just seemed old. Pool was dirty and very small. The hotel is in good distance to Busch gardens and water country. Very close to colonial Williamsburg. The place kind of skeeved me. I would not stay again"

"This is a time share property and even if you are there having booked a hotel stay paying a full hotel price they will make it time share uncomfortable for you. Having spent a full half hour checking in, a significant amount of that time waiting for their time share staff to be available to give you your hotel keys I had finally had enough and told them how unacceptable this was and for the front desk staff to just give me the key.
