"The room was clean, but mold stains on the bathroom ceiling, hole in the bathroom door as if someone had punched it, musty damp room, food from a previous guest in the refrigerator and generally run down appearance were off-putting. It does appear they are renovating, though."

"This was not what I was expecting. This was more like a large motel. Breakfast was not good..Ate breakfast on the first day and went out for breakfast the other 2 days. Super outdated, back entrance was always open; no security at all. The only plus is that it was 10 minutes away from Busch Gardens."

"Check in staff during the evening was great. Staff in the morning was rude. Not bed bugs but other bugs like moths and spiders in room and bed. Bathroom shower was not clean and neither were some of the blankets on the beds. Not sure if it was tbe humidity but with the AC blasting it still was hot and humid inside the room and smelled like pee :(. Breakfast was fine and appreciated."

"Our breakfast server Corey was excellent very friendly had a lot of patience with the amount of people that go through the dining area especially my grandson and granddaughter. Staff was very helpful and accommodating would definitely stay there again if in the area. All in all a great experience."

They then put me in a double queen room which honestly was probably better for the fact they only give you 3 pillows per bed even the kings so my wife and I actually got 3 a piece so that was nice.
