"I was given a room in a lower category than the one I paid for. According to the room description, it was supposed to include complimentary water, a safe, and ironing facilities. None of these were provided. The room was also smaller than stated in the description."

"Updated hotel which includes modern rooms and older general areas. Restaurant food and breakfast ok but not excellent. Front desk not very helpful when we asked how to dial outside from the room phone. We had foreign phone number and we wanted to use room phone for local calls."
