"Good sized room with very comfortable bed. High quality pillows and bedding. TV had a poor choice of channels. Still and sparkling water available in the corridors to save on plastic. Breakfast had the best selection I've seen outside of a 5 star hotel."

"Quite simply, the best hotel I have ever stayed in — and I have stayed in considerably more expensive hotels worldwide. Hotel Traugutta 3 in Białystok is officially four-star; based on my experience, I would give it six. Immaculately clean room and bathroom, excellent toiletries and towels, extremely comfortable bedding and remarkable attention to detail. The staff deserve particular praise: polite, genuinely helpful, professional and highly competent. Their service reminded me of what one expects from the Waldorf Astoria or The Ritz. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was genuinely world-class and beyond expectations, with service surpassing experiences I have had at substantially more expensive hotels. Even the technical details impressed me: the air conditioning was so quiet you could barely tell it was running — unlike some expensive US hotels I have stayed in. I could list positives all day. Traugutta surpassed far more expensive hotels I have experienced in Warsaw and the US in what actually matters: cleanliness, comfort, food, staff attitude, competence and attention to guests. Outstanding beyond expectations. If I am ever in Białystok, Hotel Traugutta is not merely my first choice — it is the only hotel I would consider."

"We had a lovely big room and the bathroom was spotless. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with lots of choices and eggs to order. I used the pool which was also very clean. This hotel is in the main square making it ideal for eating out locally. The restaurant in the hotel is also good."

"Staff were very helpful and courteous - but it was disappointing that I had to request that my room was cleaned each morning - something I was not informed of on arrival and as a consequence meant that my room was not cleaned on my first morning. Location was certainly central - but a considerable distance from the railway station. As I was arriving by train from Warsaw, this was an important consideration - and one that Expedia should have highlighted. Breakfast good - Wi-Fi excellent."

"It is a good place for a stop over or an event for family or business. Breakfast buffet is healthy and plentiful. The restaurant is also excellent. What is a bit bizarre is the architecture. The hotel was built in 2014, I was told. The architect clearly had no idea how to use the space efficiently. It should be studied as an example and made into the Museum of Bad Architecture. In addition, the planners, in 2014, didn't think about usb charging ports, but equipped rooms with internet ethernet outlets (sic). Still, highly reccomended for a stay. If you find it, because the entrance to this relatively big object is hidden inconspicuously from the highway."
