"What a great stay! The room was lovely, spacious, clean and really nicely decorated. The breakfast hamper was a lovely touch. The bathroom was massive and had a bath in it as well as a shower which was great. I really wasn’t expecting it to be so good as the price was low. We would definitely stay again. "

"Everything was good and the lovely view over golf course both from our room and the restaurant is always beautiful! Staff all friendly and obliging not a critism just a suggestion it would be good to give the choice of cappuccino, latte and hot chocolate at breakfast even if an extra charge for this was necessary! To top the stay it had snowed overnight and we were greeted with a delightful scene upon opening our room curtains! 2nd time of staying at Dale Hill and will definitely be returning...

"What stood out for us was the support we had. My daughter's baby was born very premature in the local hospital. I spoke to the hotel and they were willing to give us a good price on a room as we didn't know how long we would need it for. They gave us a family room with an extra bed. They put a fridge in the room for expressed milk to be kept until it could be taken to the hospital. The hotel location was perfect as it's walking distance. "The staff were excellent we booked in early as we were off to a wedding parked the and ledt our luggage at reception and when returned much later they had kindly taken out luggage to our room. Everything about our stay waz excellent comfortable bed clean room great bathroom and shower, also a really tasty breakfast for much the same price as a very ordinary premier inn. So all things considered a very pleasant experience would most definitely use this hotel and other's in there group again and...

"Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs.
