"The hotel was really charming. It wasn't a giant resort or chain. It felt like a vacation and was so comfortable. The room and all common areas were clean. The pool area was great and there were tons of seating and gathering places including a fire pit, some cabanas, and just some family type gathering spaces.The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this great little place to anyone. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I first checked in, the room I was given was clearly not properly cleaned. It was dirty and unacceptable, especially for a paying guest expecting basic standards of hygiene. After reporting the issue, I was moved to a different room, but unfortunately, things did not improve. The second room had ants everywhere, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. It felt like the issue was not taken seriously, and the replacement room should have been inspected before assigning it to another guest. To make matters worse, the breakfast was also very disappointing. The food quality was poor and did not meet even basic expectations. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Cleanliness and quality should be a top priority for any hotel, and this place failed on both. I would not recommend staying here."

"Plenty of shops to choose from. Parking was terrible. 8 spots maybe and if they were filled up you had to park around the corner or at Jack in the box across the street! Room was muggy meaning very hot and smelly like humid. Very small room. The front desk male was always bothered if you asked him a question. He was asleep in the morning 8 - 9am. Very short with his answers. Housekeeping was great , they smiled and had a good attitude. Bathroom needed cleaning. Traffic noise of course because it's a busy street. No ice on a 90 degree weather. I won't be staying here again. "

"I'm very pleased about this choice. We needed to attend a funeral, but wanted to be sure to avoid the potential airline difficulties of flying in and out on the same day. The location is great - right across from a mall, very near many eateries and other desirable stores (and they had Zumba in the parking lot on Saturday morning!), very close to the freeway, and about 15 minutes from the Long Beach airport. The guy at the counter (I forgot to get his name) was very helpful and even more friendly. We didn't need much support, but I felt comfortable that I would've been accommodated well, as I watched the person who checked me in work to resolve an issue with the customer in front of me. Obviously, this is a very basic room. If you are looking for anything other than a safe place to lay your head, look elsewhere. But I am very happy that I made this choice and managed to save money. I'd choose it again."
