"We like staying here whenever we come down to LA to see our kids and grandkids. I think this is the 6th time we've been here. It's always been very clean and very quiet. Unfortunately, this time we went, there were no washcloths in the room. We'd run into the same problem last time we were there The previous time they did supply us with washcloths when we asked. This time we were told that they didn't have any. The staff is always very polite....it's just odd that a hotel did not have washcloths."
