"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. "1. No signage or indication of the location of the hotel, just a tall locked gate.
2. Upon arrival the site manager has no idea what Expedia is and is not prepared to host us, even though paid for.
3. Site manager calls someone else, I believe his son, latter tells me to cancel the Expedia resevation. Advised that it is already paid for on said platform.
4. Major rodent infestetion in the hut. Constant crawling between the roof and ceieling boards at night, sleeping is impossible.
