Apparently local clients and day visitors take all the appointments which is fine except that the facilities are advertised as part of the hotel yet it was impossible to make a booking. "This was a lovely place to stay we spent lots of time outside on the patio. The beds were firm. The shared kitchen was nice. Very quiet. It was close to the grocery store a convenient store and some good restaurants. It was a short walk to Auschwitz. I really enjoyed our stay here."

"Excellent hotel with woodsy location. The rooms were modern and clean. We had two double rooms 201 and 202 and each room was great. 202 was smaller but completely sufficient for sleeping. The showers were clean and modern too. Each room was under $100 for October and that included a breakfast. The hitelhas a restaurant and a large wedding venue ballroom. This was a great option and imagine it is better during winter season"
