"Ther service was terrible, starting with calling the hotel to request a shuttle. First, they told us that because I made the reservation through Expedia, they couldn't provide service. Then I called Expedia customer service, and they called the hotel because that was included in the reservation. After arriving at the hotel, the service was poor; the staff member who attended to us was on her phone all the time. I will never return to that hotel; the service was TERRIBLE."

"Great place for price"

"This was a great quick overnight stay that was reasonably priced. The rooms were clean. However, the chain or barrel lock on the door was broken/missing. The bathroom light tripped off so we showered in the dark. Breakfast was good and served on time so we could make our 815 flight. Transport to airport was on time as well and convenient."

"Hotel was nice. Rooms are spacious & clean. During our stay only 1 elevator was working and during the morning the staff hadn’t loaded up & guests weren’t able to use it much. Most guests were utilizing the stairs. Breakfast wasn’t really a “buffet” as mentioned. It a continental breakfast with bagels, toast, yogurt & cereal. Nice for the price-point."

I found the staff ready to help with all of my questions. A couple examples. We arrived a night early thinking we could add a night to the front of our trip, but they were booked full. "One of the best 4-day stays I have ever had. Upon registration, the staff was very helpful in answering all my questions. I asked for a room near the elevator since I walk with a cane.
