Nice clean hotel, short distance to the train station, tram and bus stops. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Would recommend, would stay again.

The property is a little old and showing some signs of wear, although clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was very good. Evening meals in restaurant were really nice and of high standard. It is a little out of the old town (10 minute walk) but was very quiet - so good for sleeping!

Hab wieder gerne hier genächtigt. Trotz hoher Ausbuchung wutde mir bei einem Problem mit dem Zimmer geholfen, das Personal ist einfach klasse. Frühstücksraum war oft überlaufen, vom Buffet gab es trotzdem noch eine große Auswahl und einen freien Tisch auch.

Super schönes Hotel, mit geräumigen Zimmern und nettem Personal, von dem aus man schnell zu Fuß am Bahnhof (5 min) und der Innenstadt (20min) ist. Das Hotel bietet zwar eigene Parkplätze an, allerdings kann man vor dem Hotel problemlos kostenfrei parken. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Görlitz kommen, werden wir das Via Regia definitiv wieder buchen.

Eine Übernachtung als Familie (4 Personen) auf der Durchreise. Zimmer großzügig mit Extras, wie Wasserkocher und Tee. Guter Service. Wir konnten ohne Probleme abends von unterwegs in der Altstadt noch schnell Essen auf Zimmer bestellen für unsere dagebliebene Tochter.

Zimmer neu renoviert, allerdings größtenteils ohne Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer sind großzügig genug, ansonsten sind die hotelräumlichkeiten relativ eng. Im Hof wurde gelegentlich geraucht, deswegen teils schwierig bei offenen Fenstern. Wir waren auf der Durchreise, dafür war’s gut.
