"The pillow was too low and small. When asked two more pillows for myself and my wife, the front asked extra charge. The noise from outside was loud enough prevented us from keeping us awake. We used ear plugs to make a sleep. When checked in the morning, it was from the heat pumps. There were large number of heat pumps two level down of the window. "

"remoted facility in the mountain side. This resort for private company use before... now open to public. Not so much facility inside (one restaurant and one shop). Limited staffs who need to care everything for front desk and small coffee bar. However open hot spring facility is very good (of course you need to pay). Breakfast restaurant closes too early. "
