Das Personal stand rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung und hat vor allem beim Frühstück und Essen generell sehr schnell geholfen und war wirklich sehr nett. Es ist kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern a la carte. Die Auswahl war aber reichlich und uns hat es sehr gefallen. "

"The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a frosted glass door which was a bit awkward if you needed to use the bathroom during the night. I did appreciate the housekeeping staff. They helped us out after my daughter was vomiting due to a migraine. All in all, it was a good hotel."

"The Montague on the Gardens is a charmingly historic hotel. It’s decor is quintessentially British without being too fussy. We were given a first story room initially, but it was way too small. We were unable to maneuver around our luggage. They graciously found us another room on the ground floor that was more spacious and had more closet space, but was the same price. "This is a very new Hoxton in Shepherd’s Bush. Great location for visiting London, we parked at Westfield and it’s a small walk to the hotel and the tube is very close to get further into Central London. Shepherd’s Bush Green is a busy area, my wife did complain of road noise (sirens etc) which is expected in London. We were on floor 2, I slept like a log! The rooms are petite but modern and clean, we will definitely stay again. The restaurant and bar are good, reception staff were brilliant."
