"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"Problem solving = zero. Parking at the hotel costs extra, so we parked at the station instead. Breakfast can be approached either before 9 or after, but not at any time. If we wanted a dinner, we had to report in in the morning. Strange and somewhat funny rituals. "

"The room was old and smelled of old carpet and drapes. There were silverfish bugs crawling on the drapes. The bed mattresses were rock hard and uncomfortable. The room was not up to any standard fire code as several door needed a physical metal key to enter with locking doors. Outside the hotel an outdoor nightclub played music at an extremely high volume till 2 am making it impossible to sleep! Avoid this mess at all costs! "
