Warm welcome and great location for exploring tolosa!

Lovely stay, staff were very helpful, easy to check in and out and room had everything we needed.

We loved our stay here. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful — we could even occasionally hear the donkey nearby. Our room was very spacious (room 203), had a like balcony, spotlessly clean and well maintained, with two single beds and a double sofa bed. Having air conditioning was also a big plus. Parking was easy and we never had trouble finding a space. The location is excellent, only about 15 minutes by car from San Sebastián and a great base for exploring northern Spain, from Bilbao all...

Superb hotel. Amazing interior, breakfast, parking facilities. Could not have been better

Easy self check-in, beautiful room, thick towels, very comfortable bed, clean, lots of restaurants and bars close. Close to the motorway. Highly recommended 👍

Very clean room and around the hotel. Members of staff very welcoming and polite, went above and beyond. Great facilities and parking is free during the night from 8pm and 8am

The staff are really friendly with a great sense of humour. Rooms are very comfortable. Situated a little out of town, the surroundings are very restful. Vented of San Sebastián is a short bus ride.

Everything was perfect. The welcome, the arranging of transfers, the rooftop bar, the service. The room was incredible. Comfortable, superb beds, fridge, Aircon, view, bathroom (especially the toilet!). Location couldn't be better. It was a festival on our last night but the hotel thoughtfully provided ear plugs. The soundproofing of the windows was excellent anyway. A pinnacle of hotel experiences.

Nice clean room, helpful staff, in a great location

Great hotel in wonderful pristine condition. Spotlessly clean. Good, powerful shower in a large marble bathroom. Each room is dedicated to a particular figure in the movie industry. Pleasant and efficient staff. We lunched at the restaurant, which was extremely good and at a reasonable price. The hotel is located adjacent to bus stops which are frequent and take you conveniently to the old town and theme park.

Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so special. We had originally wanted to stay at the Mary Cristina which was full. However, when we return to San Sebastián we will go back to Villa Soro. Breakfast was a delight of locally sourced produce, and no eyebrows were raised when we came down to breakfast after 11am! A lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed, what more could you ask for - thank you.

Everywhere was spotless with a visible team of cleaners always keeping on top of the detail

Friendly and helpful staff and within walking distance of the old town. Rooms modern and a good size.

The hotel is in a smart residential area outside of the centre. Transport is great with a regular bus service outside of the hotel taking just 15 mins to the centre and beaches. The hotel is modern, rooms are good and breakfast is decent. There are just a couple of bars/places to eat nearby, but mainly bars as opposed to restaurants - All staff were helpful….We enjoyed our stay 👍
