"The rooms smells due to smoking, even after a request for non-smoking room. Staff were helpful at the front desk."

"The location right on the plaza made access Pamplona very easy. The staff were great."

"Room amenities when traveling with pet were awesome (pet fee). Front desk staff were very king. Breakfast awesome with local food and machine for fresh squeezed orange juice). Ample free parking around. Very safe area."

"Exceeded all my expectations! The Hotel has a charm like no others i have stayed in while touring around Spain. The staff were helpful and the property was clean and well maintained."

"Great location for our Camino adventure. Very central to all locations."

"Great location."

"La jeune fille au comptoir m'a aidé à retrouver mes clefs, super gentille. Stationnement facile, restauration sur place. C'est bon et à prix décent, par chance car il n'y a rien d'autre à proximité. Terrasse commune agréable"

"The hotel is great, lots space in the room, good beds, love the small pillow perfect for me that more flat pillows, there is a bigger pillow. The towels were very nice. The Ac on the room was great since it was warm in Pamplona., not all hotels in spain have AC. The hotel needs a little renovation here and there but for the must part great."

"Had a double room. No common area in the room other than a kitchen. No tv and no coffee making facilities. It is dorm accommodation. I chose it for the proximity to the arena, it was good for the location, walking distance."

"Very clean and tidy. Accommodating for a young baby"

"Pamplona Eurostars hotel is about 1km from the old town and easy walk to and from. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We booked using Expedia a double room, which was confirmed in writing. When we arrived there were two single beds. It took two trips to reception to have the issue resolved, first I was told that was all they had and after I checked my emails and told them I would not have booked the hotel knowing two single beds would be the result they then had staff change the bed...

"This is not a hotel by normal standards, it's college housing and you would be staying in a collegiate housing where students have been. It's completely irrational to me that Expedia even had this on the line up. The pictures do not really disclose that you would be sleeping pressed against the wall like a student dorm. I am calling Expedia to get a refund since I didn't stay, I refused to be taken advantage of. I am also calling my credit card to report as fraudulent listing."

"An ok place by the motorway. Perfect for a one-night stopover with free parking but nothing else. Room was clean and quiet but I booked breakfast only to find out that they don't offer it and the restaurant is closed. But there is a cafe 2mins walk away."

"Buen lugar"
