"A small family run apart hotel. Rooms a little dated but exceptionally clean. Deniz and her father were fabulous hosts. The breakfast served was probably one of the best we have had in Turkey. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble asked and it was there. I would definitely recommend a stay here. It’s within a 5 minute walk to the river, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be going back."

"Brilliant trip family run exceptionally clean and little dated re interior but all functional and certainly good for the price. Fabulous pool and garden area. Beautiful setting. My balcony looked straight over the pool. It's about 17 minutes walk into town through rural and residential areas. Perfectly safe i dud it on my own late evening. Ali and his family are delightful . "every thing positive written about this hotel is a big lie! toilet in the bedroom! dirty bathroom, cold water, bed sheets dirty and extremely old. matrresses are ancient and in very bad shape ( deep in the middle of the bed ). No wifi, only hot water in the shower, blankets at least 20 years old! No tv, and the list is long! in short every positive comment written about this hotel is probably written by their friends and relavies! "

"Very friendly bar and restaurant. Swim up rooms are large, ours had a comfortable king size bed and another part of the room there were bunk beds with the bottom bed a double. Our room was directly opposite the bar so not always felt comfortable using the terrace, other rooms would have better aspect. Room cleanliness was just ok, “cat’s lick” comes to mind. Location is good about 15 min walk to beach and 10 min walk to the strip conveniently a small shop across the road. Breakfast was fine, selection of meats, cheese, fruit, salad, bread. There was also a choice of hot food, sausage, scrambled eggs, beans, chips. They cook fried eggs or omelettes to order."

"Breakfast was shocking but as it came free with my booking it didnt matter that we didnt eat there only the first morning. The complex is good and near bars and restaurants, beach is 17 mins walk but can also get a free bus. Loved our stay and will definitely be back soon. Aircon was good and was definitely needed as was so hot when we were here."

"The innkeepers here couldn't have been more gracious. We had a late flight into Dalaman. I messed up and hadn't booked a room. So booked this one, last minute, after landing. Came in after 22:00 and they made sure we went to bed with full bellies; stayed up and prepared an excellent meal for us. The following morning, we asked the gentleman for a taxi contact, to get us to Fethiye, and he insisted we accept his offer to drive us himself. Less than 24 hours after arriving, and it felt like we were leaving our Aunt and Uncle's house. Also, they have a dog named Ice Cream. How stinking cute is that?"

The food was excellent, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the hotel had a lovely Turkish vibe combined with genuine hospitality. We’re very glad we chose to stay here and truly enjoyed our experience. Highly recommended!"
