"Das Haus war sehr schön und modern und das absolute Highlight sind natürlich die Onsen-Badewannen. Diese werden bei Bedarf neu gefüllt und nach dem Baden wird das Wasser wieder abgelassen. Das Shampoo im Bad war leider nicht so gut wie wir es aus Businesshotels kennen und es gab leider keinen Conditioner, so dass unsere Haare nach dem Waschen rebelliert haben. Eine Anleitung für die Waschmaschine und den Herd konnten wir leider nicht finden und mussten auf Übersetzungsapps zurückgreifen....

"We had a very wonderful 4 nights stay in Beppu Nagomi , with the price that’s very reasonable Beppu Nagomi exceeds our expectations, first it’s so close to the Beppu station. , 4 mins walk if you get the short cut way , nice and unique restaurants and coffee shop close by, the whole Place is very clean , large area complete with kitchen and dining area , comfortable beds , and the laundry inside the building is a plus , I highly recommend it to anyone going to Beppu "

"This is an "onsen" (hot spring) hotel. Bathing is a big part of the experience. We enjoyed our stay. The food and service were fine. While the water in the bath itself was ok, the water in the area outside the bath where you wash before getting in the bath was not hot enough. We complained and the hotel staff was very apologetic. They explained that there was an issue with their hot water heater, but the damage had already been done. It was disappointing."
