When checking into second room they never moved the bags and the concierge was not very informative. The air con didn't work so after wasting about 4 hours had to move rooms. "We loved our overnight stay at La Costa, wish we could of stayed longer. Bit out of the action but they have bikes to use for free so can get around faster. Loved the basket of goodies for breaky and snacks."

"The only downside was that our room smelt damp and the door didn't latch very well, so you had to double check it was shut."
