Check in was excellent, was given a letter saying there was maintenance being done and there would be no water from 11pm till 4 am. No drama there. The Star Grand at The Star Gold Coast
customer service from management was terrible! They do not value their loyal customers who have stayed there numerous times over 30 years! very disappointing. We love the actual hotel, but after this incident will find it hard to return and they just didn't care!

QT Gold Coast
I had a city view room and it was wonderful. Comfy bed, large towels, good air con (would be nice if we could switch it to quiet mode). Staff were great and the food at Stingray and Yamogen was phenomenal.
