"Large doors without actual handles are anxiety inducing and get stuck often, we had to practically bash our way into our room. We checked out early and went to a Hilton instead; the staff offered us credit for the remaining nights as it was pre-paid for on expedia, however they were unwilling to work with expedia on refunding the remaining nights."
