I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia...

"Siamo arrivati dopo un lungo viaggio, e alla Reception ci hanno detto che il nostro appartamento riservato tramite Expedia non era più disponibile (anzi non sapeva niente di Expedia)l'alternativa sono state 2 stanze schifose e sporchissime con bagno e lenzuoli sporche, odori insopportabili, stanze senza frigorifero, senza Internet, Tv non funzionante, si sentivano tutti i rumori dai vicini e dalla strada, polvere dappertutto. NON LO CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO. Vacanza rovinata."
