Second consecutive (2025) stay at Ibis Golden Sands - excellent amenities and rooms. Breakfast buffet is high quality and variety. This is a top choice due to its proximity to beach and other areas of interest. Also, very professional and attentive staff - will book again.

Conveniently located close to the beach. The room was clean, modern and comfortable - balcony was also nice. The amenities are great for a nice summer stay. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices, dinner was also very nice and excellent value. Krassimir at the front desk was very polite and attentive - all personnel were kind and greeted us every time. We will definitely stay here again when back in Varna.

A very clean and modern hotel. Victoria and Krassimir from the front desk were so friendly and welcoming as well as the dining hostess’ and housekeeping. Our room was impeccably clean all thanks to the wonderful housekeeper. Last but not least the breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious!! Compliments to the chef and the wonderful hostess’s in the dining hall. They were so nice and friendly! Everyone should be commended for great customer service.

I came with my family. Breakfast was quite adequate. The coffee was especially good. Especially the variety of cheeses and scrambled eggs made us happy. It's in a very central location in Golden Sands. It's a 10-minute walk from the Travel Zlatnii Pyasatsi stop. From the airport, you can take bus 409, which runs every half hour, get off at the Travel Zlatnii Pyasatsi stop, and walk 10 minutes to the hotel. The bus ride to the hotel takes about an hour, but it's very good value for money (2 leva per person, but if you have large luggage, you'll have to pay an extra fee). You can also take the 409 bus to get to and around central Varna. You can also buy your tickets by downloading the TicketVarna app. Just be careful to distinguish between public and private buses. Tickets are generally accepted on public buses. On private buses, you usually have to pay cash; tickets purchased from the app are not accepted on private buses. I'd also like to thank the hotel manager for her understanding. They decorated the room for my parents' wedding anniversary. We were very pleased with everything at the hotel. We are thinking of coming again. Thanks for everything :)

Eine super Alternative zu den großen Strandhotels

Sehr schönes Hotel. Die einfache aber sehr zweckmäßig Einrichtung der Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und werden persönlich geregelt. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück und das Abendessen gefallen. Der Service war hervorragend. Die Getränke an der Bar waren preisgünstig und ein Weinglas war auch normal gefüllt mit einem Viertelliter.

Otopark ücretli

Otel yokuşta konumlanmış. Sahile inmek için yokuş inip çıkmanız gerekiyor. Akşam yemeği lezzetsiz, vasattı. Sabah kahvalısı ise yine lezzetsiz, idare eder düzeydeydi. Oda yeni ve temizdi. Havuz temiz değildi. Havuz çevresinde pis su kanalı bulunmadığı için bütün toz toprak havuzun içindeydi. Yastıklar çok inceydi. Bu yüzden resepsiyondan ilave 2 yastık istedik ama görevliler yok diyerek yardımcı olmadılar. Otele giriş işlemleri çok uzun sürdü. 50 leva fazla ücret almaya kalktılar. İtiraz ettim öyle düzelttiler. Ayrıca otel otoparkı için de günlük 20 leva gibi yüksek bir ücret ödemek zorunda kaldım. İbis gibi bir otele müşteriden otopark parası almak yakışmıyor. Sırf bu nedenle bile bir daha bu oteli asla tercih etmem.

Ein nahezu nagelneues Hotel mit hellen, großen, modernen Zimmern. Ein tolles Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet mit einer überschaubaren Auswahl, aber trotzdem für jeden Appetit und Geschmack etwas dabei. Eine große Poolanlage mit vielen Liegen. Negativ ist die Umgebung in direkter Lage zur Partymeile Goldstrand, wobei der Lärm nicht ins Zimmer dringt und die Kosten von 10 € pro Tag fürs Parken.

Rigtig skøn pool og en bar med mulighed for forskellige drinks og cafemad. Det har været svært at kommunikere med personalet, der snakker dårligt engelsk. Morgenmaden er ok, men kaffemaskinerne er langsomme, og skal ofte betjenes af personalet, der skal fylde kaffe på. Derfor kan en kop kaffe være et længere projekt. Hotellet er rent og har en enkel stil. Selvom personalet taler dårlig engelsk, gør de et forsøg på at imødekomme gæsternes behov. En sidste ting der skal nævnes er, at det er en god ide at bedr om et “forstyr ikke”-skilt til hotelværelset. Ellers går de ind på værelset uden at banke.

Grand respect au femmes de ménage qui sans elles l’hôtel ne serait si confortable mise a part les manager qui ne savent que donner des ordres au personnes âgées qui font le ménage surtout la femme blonde âgée de l’hôtel qui ne faire que donner des ordres esclavagiste au femmes de ménage et les regards insistant et agaçant l’impression qu’on vous surveille h24 lorsqu’on se baigne ou on mange ou on sort etc.. et le personnel très désagréable a exception d’une seule personnes qui sait être polie si non le reste est très désagréable ni on vous dit bonjour ni s’il vous plait ni rien apprenez à être polie et gentille avec vous clients quand on arrive au petit-déjeuner(très limité) la moindre des choses c’est dire bonjour et ne pas balancer limite les carte au clients sans dire bonjour ni rien une seule personne sort du lot et ce n’est ni la personne grande chauve ni la petite femmes qui sont très désagréable bref si non hôtel neuf avec assez de problèmes au démarrage et franchement c’est une honte de laisser de faux avis sur Google en disant le directeur est super gentil on es resté 3j on l’a jamais vu et si c’était la personne qu’on a vu il es loins de l’être très désagréable ne dit pas bonjour et prend les femme de ménage pour des esclaves c’est pas très pros de mentir en donnant de faux avis
