"Check in took forever, we were not impressed by that. The hotel rooms themselves were good. Bed was fine. Long walk from parking garage to Arizona tower. Cigarette smoke from the casino was not pleasant as we waited to get fully checked in."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was some sort of an outage that caused the majority of the hotel to be shut down. We were at the bar and the entire area electrical went out, People were at the slot machines and idk how they got their money back. No air conditioning while walking ..."
