"There was a lot wrong with my family’s stay at this location. Upon arrival, they could not find our Expedia booking. The key cards did not work when we got them, so I went back downstairs and the guy told me it’s normal for them to not work and you have to repetitively slide them in and out for about a minute before it will unlock. The hotel was not clean, and there was a large dog who ran out of the elevator. The bed linens were not clean and there was crumbs and smears on the surfaces. The...

"The air conditioner was terrible in the whole hotel. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The smell was also terrible, I don't know if it was dirty or moldy smelling but it was not pleasant. Our bedding was dirty as well as the towels in the bathroom were all stained. The breakfast would not have been bad except both the apple and orange juice were hot. When I first arrived at breakfast there was very little out. I was going to just have some cereal only to discover there was no milk at all....

A sign said to call a number using the lobby phone. A rude worker answered and was very hard to understand. "This was a great property , the people were kind and helpful , and the property was well maintained. I will be staying here . The only rough caveat - and it’s a big one but one I’m unsure of - is I had a late check out and as soon as I left to take some stuff to my car the house cleaning staff was in my room when I came back before I had taken all my stuff out .
