Also, you had to pay in full, on day of booking, and then, one day before occupation they demanded a further £100 pounds before releasing the Keys to the apartment"

"On a positive note, the property was quiet and secure. Some of the fittings eg bathroom suite were high quality whilst others were not. The kitchen was missing a cupboard door, the doors were peeling, the tap leaked, and most importantly, the fridge did not shut so there was a huge block of ice in the fridge which was melting and leaking onto the shelves and drawers.
