"Staff was very responsive (they only communicated via text; you check yourself in) but they text you back right away if you need something. They even contacted me that I left something behind when I left which is not something that most hotels would do. I was wary of staying in an old building because I’ve done so before and they were so filthy but this one was very, very clean. The decor and common areas were so cute. The library theme was really adorable and they have a really good assortment of books as well. They have fruit and a coffee/tea station set out for you at all times and there is a cabinet where you can help yourself to extra towels, toiletries, etc without needing someone to get it for you. It’s actually closer to an AirBnb experience but with the security of a hotel. The outside areas are also really nice! I will say there are 3 floors and no elevator so keep that in mind! Very nice and I would stay here again if I had to stay in the area. "
