"We were surprised at how nice everything was. There was an initial issue with getting our room door open but it was solved by magic. (There is no one on site to help) The bed was the most comfortable of our 3 1/2 months away from home! We would come back if in the area. My only request would be to put some shelves in the bathroom! There is no place to put anything. "

"When I presented my reservation to check in, they checked us into a smaller less expensive room without telling us. When we realized it after taking all our bags to the room, I went to the front desk and they told me they were sold out of my reserved larger room. I reserved it two months prior to check in. I asked for a refund and they said the smaller room was the same cost. I told them we were not happy and felt we deserved a refund. They said I had to contact Hotels.com since I booked it through them. Hotels.com gave me their same responce after they contacted Hilton. We are being ripped off by one of them or maybe both? We have an open case number with Hotels.com for this but their AI system doesn't understand and cannot answer us?"

"Breakfast - Below Average. First Day - no plates. Second Day - No ice water. Dispensing Holder was not even filled from the day before. Staff is talking and eating too much in the Lobby. Let’s get the quests basics done before we start being lazy. "
