Y pidíamos entrar a partir de las 24h30' 2 h. espera...:Recurrimos a un policía de la vecindad, quien , muy amable, llamó por teléfono y tras una larga espera, apareció el encargado. NO se les había comunicado nuestra llegada. Tiene que ser un error por parte de Hoteles España,com, dedujimos... Comprobaron que Sí teníamos nuestra reserva, pagada ya, para 3 noches.
