"Rooms were very clean and maintained every day, food was great and staff were extremely friendly and helpful they definitely helped increase the atmosphere of the hotel and made the stay feel more comfortable. However, since the hotel didn't have a reception it was a little difficult to find staff or know when they are available / know how to check in since information was incorrect online. "Brekfast looks so old fruit look nasty fly and bug in every well I not expect Expedia select this property now I have to make sure when I book from Expedia this hotel don’t have shop shampoo I ask staff they give me some one use bottle that’s so nasty they charge me 20 Swiss money I don’t know why plz remove from u book list such bad experience hope no one book I never see this kind of bad breakfast in my life"
