However as we and another guest found out the booking is misleading saying breakfast was included, yet they took £30-00 extra for this, at £15 each.
This made the stay expensive against others in the area, perhaps why the pub was empty.

"Apartment was a decent size, shame it didnt has a sofa of any sort. Bed quite comfortable but needs abit of wd40 on it as you turn it makes a squeaky noise. Host was gelpful and friendly. Bit of advise if you are attending an event in market rasen pre book a taxi. As we could not get hold of one."
