"To say our room was supposed to an executive suite and was £300 a night, I would have expected to see the room in better up keep. The main room had a chunk of floor missing. In the bathroom the shower was lovely but also leaked so had to be careful about leaving anything on the side of the sink or it would get wet, there was no ventilation in the bathroom.
