"Start strong with the staff. I was traveling with my elderly mother and aunt. They brought me shower chair because the handicap/wheelchair room was not available even though I requested in reservation. The hotel smell musky, the lobby corners were dirty, the room had 2 full trash cans, previous guest food in mini fridge, there was lil papers, can tabs all around the beds, there was trash left on ledge of bathtub, and lip prints on the window. I believe the beds were the only thing clean in the room. The room had a musky, Smokey smell. However like I mentioned above I was traveling with my elderly family member. One with severe dementia and could not change hotels."

"Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. A very basic hotel (no frills). Basic breakfast. Lower than average room rates accurately reflect what you recieve. Hotel rooms could use some updates, but that would likely cause room rates to increase. It was adequate."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. An extra light near the entry door would be nice, other than the light on the desk and lamp between beds. Bathroom fan was broken/noisy. Breakfast was the standard fare - Waffles, cereal, omelets, sausage, hard boiled eggs, milks and juices. However, ran out of omelets at 8:30 a.m. and employees weren't checking to refill. Front desk check in upon arrival was friendly, professional and quick. An employee was waiting at the desk, even at 11 p.m."

"Very clean, nice rooms. The beds very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bath was well stocked with plenty of towels etc. Breakfast was very well done with many options for different needs. The indoor swimming pool was heated and nice. We had a very pleasant stay and strongly recommend this Inn."
