"I booked a single room with twin bed but upgraded to a double bed and got a better room. The room itself was quite dark, except for first thing in the morning when the sun lit up the room and the bathroom, which was nice. The bedroom had only one central light (quite dark) and one bedside light, with no lighting over by the desk where the kettle/tea/coffee were, which was a little awkward. "Room was ok for what we needed it for parts looking tired but ok for the money"

"As always the staff were wonderful, special shoutout to Martin and Nathan. We stayed in the president room this time which has its own separate livingroom, ceiling fans in both rooms. On the first floor, turn right as you leave the lift and the room is just through the doors, turn left as you come out of the lift and you are at the restaurant. Food was good,especially breakfast, meals are buffet style. Parking is £10 per night although there is on street parking next to the hotel. Something to...

"Room was not visited by the staff during my 3 night's stay. When I asked for clean mugs and tea and milk, this was not carried out"

"Stayed here to attend a conference on site which was convenient. Breakfast is very good and I really liked the on site spa and fitness facilities. The spa had a promotion with the hotel which was good. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. Would’ve appreciated a mini fridge in the room although the hotel staff allowed me to keep things in reception. The reception staff are generally very helpful except one male manager during my stay who was not very flexible or helpful."
