"Loved everything about this property, including the banana tree which we ate fresh bananas from. My only issues were the extremely small shower and no ac in the bedroom. Once in the shower, it is difficult to move. You are unable to bend over, there's limited space for turning around, or lifting your legs. We eventually figured out a system but it was messy. "The location was great and the place was nice and clean. However we didn’t receive the access code until minutes before arrival. Very poor communication. Spent a good day stressing if we would be able to get in our room as no one would respond. Also was so-pose to get a hot tub and there was not one. The hotel is on a street with no cars aloud. So when they gave us the address it took us to a nearby parking garage so we thought we had the wrong address. Went in circles on one way streets...

"Clean space overall Hot tub had a strange smell to it so unfortunately didn’t use it Front desk was closed upon arrival and departure due to late night/early morning arrivals and departures so we was asked to leave 2 euros for nightly “environmental fee”, we left the 2 euros as asked and was still charged on our invoice for the fee. I know 2 euros isn’t much but taking the cash and still charging us is not right in our opinion Great centralized location to restaurants and shops"
