"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "5 star hotel for 3 star price. Great, beautyfully decorated big hotel with all the modcons. Very good, affordable food in the restaurant. Glass of wine too expensive ( e 10 plus). We loved our stay. Highly recommended. "

"Check in was easy and same for indoor parking. The hotel Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the hotel but I think the room service food can be improved better. We ordered 4 meals but 3 of it not suitable to our taste especially the asian food and the chicken burger. The breakfast was ok. We like the room which is cleaned, spacious and good wifi. will definitely stay here again."

The only thing should be considered that the Thermal Pool opens at 3 pm which is absolutely uncommon where pretty much all the Thermal Hotels opening up early in the morning, and this time it was unfortunately lack of staff at pool and no one was on charge.
