"Ours was a quick overnight stay as part of a road trip. Convenient location and efficient stopover. Perfect!"

"I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it...

"The location was very convenient and I loved that there were stores nearby to grab incidentals."

"The room was spacious and clean. The front desk assistant was helpful and relocated us to a higher floor ( I did not want the first floor). Breakfast was good and the hotel was very quiet. We stayed for three nights. I would have given a higher review but the “cleaning” service was sadly lacking. They took the tip my husband put out but did nothing but pick up the towels and empty the small amount of trash. They didn’t wipe down counters, make the bed or tidy up ( we didn’t leave a mess). "Design and the ambience."

"Convenient location. Nice clean rooms with very helpful staff."

"Great wolf lodge was a fun quick getaway for the family. We brought our 8 and 10 year old. They were excited for some of the Halloween events but once we got to the main hall, they realized it was geared towards smaller kids. We enjoyed our time but everything was just really escalated in price. It cost us nearly $200 just to play in the arcade a bit"

"Room was fine, breakfast ends at ten but was picked pretty clean by 9:30, staff was pleasant enough."

"The hotel was generally nice but the rooms are truly date. The room was clean but had some paint chips coming off in the wall in the bathroom. The room had some odor to it but that could have been just from being closed up for a while or the fact that it is a pet friendly hotel, we sprayed some room freshener and it was okay for our stay. Breakfast was good, the gym was ok but there were wipes when i got done working out."

"Clean and quiet. No complaints"

"The rooms in the facilities were clean and well kept. A little bit of staff we did interact with were very polite, professional, and friendly. The beds and room were comfortable. The only suggestion I have is stop using small pillows on king-size beds. Get some king-size pillows in there so that you don’t roll off the pillow when you turn over."

"Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave."
