Good quality rooms. Would have wishes a fridge and perhaps a TV compatible with casting. Breakfast was fine, decent selection but nothing out if the ordinary.

Dålig frukost

Trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Frukosten var så dålig. Vi kom vid 9.30, 1 timma innan frukosten stängde. Det fanns inget mjukt bröd, inga bestick, glas eller tallrikar, var slut på nästan allt i matväg också. Vår frukost blev bara ett spring fram och tillbaka för att se om det skulle finnas bröd och något annat att äta, blev verkligen ingen mysig frukost. När brödet kom in fanns det endast några torra redan uppskurna skivor och ett annat bröd med något i, vet inte vad, tordes inte äta på grund av nötallergi. Ett sånt stort hotell borde ha resurser för att ha frukost till alla gäster.

Bra läge inför konsert på Ullevi. Spårvagn rakt utanför hotellet. Lite tråkigt att parkering inte ingår i vistelsen. Dock överkomligt med 200 kr för en helg fredag - Söndag. Lite litet rum på 4 vuxna men ok för ändamålet. Bekväma sängar.

Vistelsen var bra. Personalen var trevlig och frukosten var bra. Det som drar ner betyget var städningen. Toaletten var inte ren, skräp kvar på toaletten och ett lakan var smutsigt.

Fräscht hotell med väldigt trevlig personal. Nära till spårvagnen. Saknade te och kaffe på rummet och balsam. Då det var väldigt mycket folk på frukosten fanns det även frukost på en till våning. Där satt vi i en mindre mysigt konferenssal och med mindre utbud.
