"Achei o quarto pequeno e estranhei a pia estar dentro do quarto e não no banheiro, porém a cama era confortável, funcionários educados e atenciosos , café da manhã bom. Boa localização em frente ao shopping Nova América. Me senti muita segura, viajei com minha filha adolescente."

Recomendación: deberían tener una plancha en la habitación ya que ir a un área solo a planchar hace la estadía no favorable porque hay que vestirse dos veces"

"The Oceanview rooms have an amazing view. Hotel is well placed and has a number of restaurants near by. The staff is friendly, but recommend having Google Translate near by to communicate with them. The food was alright."

"The weather was horrible. Also I didn’t like that drinks weren’t served until after 12PM when on vacation you should be able to get a drink early morning lol. I didn’t like how staff wasn’t pleasing stay could’ve been better if the drinks and staff was more available"

"The only downside to this property was the location. The surrounding area was very dirty and felt unsafe especially after dark. But the actual property was great, nice breakfast with a lot of options. Several of the staff spoke English which was very helpful."
