"The staff from check out to check in were so kind, and helpful! Our stay followed a concert at the Scotia Bank Center, we were tired after the concert and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast the following morning was room service which was absolutely delicious! Overall, very impressed! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends, and will be returning for a stay in the future. "

"Got in the elevator, pressed my floor, nothing happened, continued to press my floor and no response. Had to use the open button to get out. Had to use two different sets of stairs to get to the 7th floor. Room was nice but layout did not make sense, tv did not pull out to face the bed it could only be moved a bit to one side. Staff was incredible, very nice and helpful, just wasn't a fan of those two things having a small fear of elevators in the first place"

"This a great little hotel very conveniently located to the city center and the water front. We flew in and used only public transportation and took Via rail out which was only a short walk away. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. "

"The room was clean and welcoming. There was no elevator so 3rd floor with luggage was 36 steps away. Parking was a block away."
