"No AC on night 2. Was told it's stuffy because the ac is on a motion sensor. I told the person at front desk that you can't even read the numbers on the t- stat. It looks damaged. (Probably from the last person in the room pushing on it to get it to work.) Front desk offered a fan but o was already trying to sleep. How does a motion sensor work when you lying in bed? Pretty aggravating. "

"This is a gorgeous historic hotel, and on the whole we enjoyed our stay, but it is above an all-night speakeasy. 3 out of our 4 nights we had loud base drum sounds well into the morning. This was fine for the adults in our party who could sleep in ear plugs, but my daughter was kept up until 1-2am those 3 nights. If you’re a party of adults- 5 stars. If you have any children or sensitive sleepers- skip."
