"We arrived at 4:00 pm. Once in the room, I ran warm water in the bath sink and discovered NO hot water. Reported this to the front desk - no problem, she would reset the heating system but I would need to turn on the shower hot water and sink hot water simultaneously. Sure enough, in 5-7 minutes, hot water began to flow. Great! Later, we went out to eat. When we returned, I checked again and the same thing occurred. Got it fixed again and eventually took a warm shower. The next morning, I got up and had the great fortune of washing my hair or showering in COLD water! I was in a hurry and just lived with it. Very disappointing! Also I visited the fitness room to find the treadmill not working properly and the elliptical machine was wobbly and never powered up despite being plugged in and verifying the power switch to be on. This stay could/should have been pleasurable but seemed to be a comedy of errors. I will say, the bedding was very comfortable, the room was nicely equipped, and the breakfast was quite good. "
