"I stayed at this guest house recently and, unfortunately, had several disappointing issues during my stay. On the day of arrival, while we were downstairs for dinner after a long flight, the staff entered the room for turn-down service — and 1000 Rand went missing from my bag. Instead of taking the matter seriously, management simply offered me a drink as compensation, which felt dismissive and completely inadequate given the situation. "Fantastic location- had been worried it may be a little noisy bit it was absolutely no issue at all. Super comfy room, best sheets and shower ever!! Used the pool area which is quite small but enough, and enjoyed breakfast outside most mornings- lovely. Great assistance from all the team there but stand out colleague Shane- great tips and recommendations and a really genuine nature about him. Would absolutely revisit!"
