"There is NO property!! There is no Port Hope Inn. It was apparently sold to City Express by Marriott. We arrived at the location only to find it CLOSED and under renovations. You gladly took my money, declared it non refundable, and sent me to a place that doesn't exist! This is bad! It took us 3 hours of driving around the area and beyond to find a place to stay, which was difficult because virtually all of the rooms were booked due to a major dance competition and a school reunion in the area.
I want you to return my money and provide other compensation of some form because of the stress and complete inconvenience you caused me. This was totally unacceptable!"
