Hotel is not a luxury hotel at all, as displayed on Expedia.com. It's a time share property with a lot of families with kids. And it's not a resort.

Estrutura muito boa, piscinas otimas! Quartos sensacionais! Mas o café foi uma decepção! Fomos para o cafe por volta das 9:30. Tenho conciencia que foi um pouco tarde, mas tendo em vista que o horário final era as 10:00, foi um descaso total. Nao tinha quase nada! Pratos vazios, paes duros, frutas espedacadas, enfim, decepcionante!

A melhor opção de hospedagem de Gramado!
O hotel é lindo e muito bem cuidado. Todo inspirado na região da Toscana. As piscinas aquecidas além de serem muito agradáveis também são um charme. O quarto é excelente, amplo, com roupas de cama e banho de ótima qualidade e a limpeza é impecável. O café da manhã também é muito bom.

Decepção no 2 hospedagem.
A primeira vez que me hospedei neste hotel com o meu noivo ,logo após a pandemia , ficamos encantados com a hospitalidade num modo geral. Fomos recebidos com espumante, O café da manhã era maravilhoso, decoração muito bonita e a gastronomia maravilhosa. Desta vez ao fazer check in , não teve nenhum diferencial e no café dá manhã ,ofereceram frisante em taça de plástico, não tinha nenhuma decoração no salão e gastronomia fraca. Além de cobrarem o estacionamento um valor alto no meu ver ,sendo que os carros ficam na área do hotel os manobristas muito lentos. O que foi proibido nas ruas de Gramado ou seja as abordagens aos turistas para participar de palestras para " conhecer" o empreendimento ou seja vender cotas , agora este serviço está sendo realizado dentro do mesmo. A anfitriã do hotel te mandar mensagem pelo celular ,te oferecendo 4 diárias na rede por apenas aceitar o convite ,o qual passaram o meu número sem o meu concentimento. Ao aceitar o convite fui informada pela mesma ,anfitriã de que estavam "sem sistema " e não poderiam emitir os vouchers( brinde), que se eu quisesse participar, sem ganhar o brinde ela se colocaria a disposição,ou seja, te abordam sem o seu concentimento e depois vem com essa " desculpa", que não me convenceu. É uma pena que decaiu muito a qualidade da gastronomia deste hotel que no meu ver era o diferencial. Fui muito bem atendida pelo funcionário Samuel na recepção,muito educado, prestativo , simpático e profissional.

Hotel Perfeito - Serviço excelente !!
Excelente hotel, infraestrutura muito boa e atendimento atencioso e educado por parte dos funcionários. Limpeza dos quartos e áreas comuns perfeitas. Cama e quarto confortáveis, com café da manhã bem variado. Localização boa. Hotel voltado para famílias, portanto tem bastante crianças no local.

Hotel estilo resort, com várias atrações para a família. Bicicleta, piscina aquecida, sala de jogos e entretenimento. Café da manhã muito bom. Quartos muito confortáveis. Atendimento excelente. Cortesia só se escutar a palestra
Na reserva eu deveria ter uma cortesia para o spa, mas na recepção do hotel informaram que só iriam entregar as 14h qdo o pessoal de boas vindas ou seja tem que escutar uma palestra para ganhar a cortesia que era massagem nos pés. Hotéis. Com e o hotel perderam a minha credibilidade.
