"Hotel is located next to train station which is convenient if you are traveling by train, however it also makes it a very loud area with lots of cars & people. The room & hotel areas are clean, however the a/c could not be manually set in the room and is controlled by the hotel which cannot be adjusted. I prefer my rooms cooler and was told a fan could not be provided. I tried to keep the window open however the street noise was too loud to sleep through. The staff were a bit cold and indifferent. If not for my train schedule, I would stay closer to the historic center for a better Naples experience."

"We had a lovely stay at Villa Signorini. Not for everyone; off the beaten track and tired facilities however, the staff are pleasant and the room was incredibly comfortable and very different! Think super high painted ceilings, huge shutters and a massive terrace overlooking the gardens. "

"We only stayed here for a brief overnight since we had to leave early in the morning, but my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We weren't able to eat breakfast there since we had to leave early for the airport but the staff were very helpful in packing up items to eat on the drive there. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed in the San Felice superior double room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, though the bathroom is small and there is insufficient room for towels. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were polite and friendly, but with very limited English. The villa is about 10 min walk from the Herculaneum archaeological site. If not driving, it is best to arrive by taxi as the villa is difficult to find and the route from the train station is dirty and uneven for wheeled suitcases (enter the courtyard at Corso Resina 310, turn left, take the stairs, 3rd door on the right, phone the hotel to gain entry). Unfortunately, the large polished wood staircase makes the downstairs seating area rather cramped and uncomfortable, with very little space for personal items. The staircase was also rather slippery; in fact we each fell on it when visiting the bathroom downstairs at night. My husband still has the bruises!"

"This has to be the nicest hotel in Ercolano. We have been traveling and staying at hotels throughout Italy. This one was my favorite. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Ercolano or Pompeii. Its near the train station and the stop/ pick up for the express shuttle for Mount Vesuvius. "

"Breakfast was good and set us up for the day. The archaeological sits was just across the road from the hotel so accessing it was easy. Staff were very knowledgeable and proved many useful tips and information. Also responded quickly to any issues we raised. "
