"Jenny at front desk checked us in with a smile. Was friendly and helpful! Our room was clean and easy to get to, The breakfast was very good and Juan made sure to restock any food that was low. When I asked him which pot was decaf coffee he said they are all caffeinated but immediately insisted on brewing a cup for me,"

"Smells like smoke even in a non smoking room, the smoke smell is thick in the hallway. You share the building with people living there on assistance. Hair in the shower and bathroom floor. Common halls and stairwells are dirty, need paint, and carpeting. I wanted a refund for the second night because I didn’t want to stay there more than I had to and was told nothing we can do…no refund.Outside garbage was overflowing.
